Small Spaces, Bold Color!
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008White walls in a small space means a larger appearance to the room? I do not know about that! I simply think the opposite. I love to make small spaces explode with personality. The simplest way to do this is with color….bright or bold colors. Color actually expands the walls and gives some life to the room.

Accent walls are not a designer’s favorite idea. I think an accent wall in a small room adds drama and recedes the wall back. You can take that opportunity to make a nice focal point to the room. I love going to Flickr shared photo section for ideas. Look what caught my eye for a perfect example of a colorful accent wall. Great use of color!
